What one call to HBI Roll Off does for a Firestone project, in plain terms.

You deal with a hauler serving your area, where one covers your address. Their rates and rules are the ones that apply.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
Ask about 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers. Not every provider stocks every size, so have a second choice in mind.
Short answers to common Firestone container and restroom questions.
Usually, as long as the container is sized for the weight. Layers matter: two layers on a Firestone roof can double the tonnage. Have your square count ready, and ask whether shingles need to stay separate from other debris where you are.
Ask for a short-walled heavy-debris container, and keep the fill below the marked line so the truck stays legal on CO roads. Clean concrete with no trash mixed in may be recycled, which can change how a Firestone provider prices it.
Public events and many job sites call for accessible units. Federal standards generally ask that part of a cluster, and at least one unit, be accessible. Your Firestone event permit or site contract may spell out exactly how many you need.
Go by the job, not the house. A single bathroom or small cleanout in Firestone often fits a 10 yard, a kitchen or several rooms of flooring a 15, and a mid-size reroof or full-floor remodel a 20. Going one size up usually costs less than a second haul.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across CO. Check with the Firestone public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Container size, rental length, what is going in it, how far the hauler drives and local landfill fees all play a part. Firestone rates come from the provider who covers your address, so ask what weight is included and what an overage costs.
